Investment Properties-Is it for me?
When one looks for an investment property it is important to understand what kind of person you are.
Other people tell you to look at the property solely, but I think depending on what kind of person you are, you can determine whether or not the type of property you should buy.
For instance, if you are the person that can only put up picture frames..and are not good at hiring the right type of contractor...Then you should not get a fixer upper.
If however, you are Mr./Ms. Handy Dandy..then a fixer may be a good deal. What's really important in either case is to have a budget and a vision...
